Evolve Medical Partners is a primary care practice opening in the East Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. We chose the name Evolve because growth is not optional — it is a commitment to our patients, our community, and the people who work alongside us every day.

Our physician leader, Dr. Melvin Z. Twersky, DO, is committed to delivering primary care he would want for his own family. Accountable, present, and personally invested in every patient relationship.
